Shipping Policy

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We use a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 (Sydney time) are processed the same day. Please note that all products go through a short processing stage before shipment.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days. This means you can generally expect your order to arrive within 5–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

During periods of unusually high demand, shipping may take slightly longer than normal. We always do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Should any delay occur, we appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed where necessary.
