What is the delivery time for my order?

When you place an order with imperiahub.com, the delivery time may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are able to save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to offer our products at competitive prices.

The average delivery time is [5] to [12] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, it is possible that your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@imperiahub.com. We will then look into the status of your parcel for you.

I want to exchange or return my order. How can I do that?

If you would like to return an item, simply contact our customer service team at info@imperiahub.com. Please include your name, order number (for example: #0000) as stated in your confirmation email, and the reason for the return.

We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once that has been done, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Unfortunately, return shipping costs are at your own expense. The exact costs depend on the courier you choose. Please consult the website of your selected courier for more information about their rates.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 30-day return period. This return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning a product.

You can only return the item if:

  • the return period has not yet expired;
  • the product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
  • the product has not been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email as soon as possible to info@imperiahub.com. Be sure to include your name, order number (for example: #0000) as stated in your confirmation email, and preferably the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
